Javier was born and raised in Puerto Rico and now lives in Las Vegas. He acquired a degree in electronic engineering from a college in Puerto Rico. He had his first dive in Puerto Rico and was hooked from the start. When he moved to Las Vegas he worked in the Entertainment industry and now he invests in real estate. He spends most of his time diving and traveling the world. He enjoys participating in extreme sports and going to the gym. He’s fun and personable and can get along with anyone. He’s a good speaker and a better listener and speaks both English and Spanish. For him, family is not just important, its everything. Javier is inspired by this quote
