Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Javier discovered scuba diving in the beautiful waters of his home island—and he was hooked from his very first dive. He later moved to Las Vegas, bringing with him a degree in electronic engineering earned in Puerto Rico and a passion for adventure that continues to shape his life.

After working in the Las Vegas entertainment industry, Javier transitioned into real estate investing. Today, he spends much of his time diving, traveling the world, staying active at the gym, and participating in extreme sports. Whether he’s exploring a new destination above the surface or beneath it, Javier believes in embracing every opportunity and living life to the fullest.

Fun, personable, and able to connect with just about anyone, Javier is both a confident communicator and an even better listener. He speaks English and Spanish, allowing him to welcome and support an even wider range of divers. Above all, family means everything to him, and he brings that same sense of connection, encouragement, and loyalty to the 3rd Reef Divers community.
