3rd Reef Divers Referral Program: What it is and how to use it.

It's a common complaint we hear from prospetive students. During vacation, non-divers have to stay back while their friends or family take off on underwater adventures. After a few days, the decision becomes clear. Learn to dive or stay stuck on shore.
Here in Las Vegas, we understand Lake Mead isn't exactly the tropical dive destination people are looking for when it comes to completing their dive certification. So we figured, what if we can help students complete their certification wherever they choose? Enter, the 3rd Reef Divers Referral Program.
What the Referral Program?
Dive students are required to complete e-Learning, attend a classroom session, participate in two pool sessions, then complete four open water dives to receive certification as an Open Water diver. To give students more flexibility with scheduling, we broke up this process into two steps. Step one includes e-learning, classroom, and two pool sessions. Step two is the four open-water dives. A student has the option of completing step one here at 3rd Reef, then completing step two at the destination of their choice! You tell us where you're going and we can connect you to an accredited dive center to complete your certification. We have a vast network of contacts from Fiji to Belize to Cozumel and beyond that can assist in completing Open Water certification in warm, crystal clear waters.
This is a perfect option for students who are getting certified for a specific vacation for those that have complected schedules and need more flexibility in completing their open water dives.
How the Referral Program work?
Complete your Open Water Step One (e-learning, classroom, and two pool sessions), then let us know where you're looking at completing your four open water dives and we can help you select a dive center or provide our contact information to dive center of your choice if you already have one selected. We'll fill out the required paperwork for you to give the dive center. There is no additional cost to use the referral program. Instead of paying the open water dive fee to 3rd Reef, you simply pay it to the dive center you finish your certification with.
This program is only available to new Open Water students and only for Step 1.
