Rachel’s scuba journey began about 14 years ago as a summer hobby she shared with her father. What started as a special way to spend time together quickly grew into a lifelong passion for the underwater world. In 2021, Rachel took her diving journey to the professional level by earning her PADI Divemaster certification, and she has since continued advancing to become an Assistant Instructor.

Her love for the ocean extends far beyond diving. Rachel studied Environmental Science and Biology because she dreamed of helping protect and restore the world’s coral reefs. Although she now lives far from the ocean, she remains passionate about conservation and enjoys sharing her knowledge, experience, and appreciation for the underwater world with other divers.

As an Assistant Instructor, Rachel brings enthusiasm, patience, and a strong environmental perspective to every class and dive. She loves helping students feel comfortable in the water, strengthen their skills, and understand the importance of protecting our aquatic environments.

When Rachel isn’t underwater, she loves spending time with her daughter, husband, and three fur babies. Whether they’re making memories at home or heading out on an adventure with family and friends, the people she loves are at the heart of everything she does. Her passion for diving, nature, family, and exploration makes her a wonderful part of the 3rd Reef Divers team!
